Clients are responsible for their own decisions, actions, and outcomes.
- Payments and Purchases
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.
Payment is required before access to programs, services, or digital products is granted unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Certain programs may offer payment plans. By enrolling in a payment plan, you agree to complete all scheduled payments.

- User Conduct
Users agree to behave respectfully toward staff, coaches, and other participants.
Author Achievement reserves the right to remove individuals from programs or communities if they engage in harassment, abusive behavior, or disruptive conduct.
- SMS/Text Messaging Communications
By providing your phone number and opting in through our website forms or booking pages, you consent to receive SMS text messages from Author Achievement related to:
